Exchange billing account for an existing workspace

I’m wondering if it is possible to exchange the billing account on an existing workspace.
I activated the new billing account on Terra but have not found a way to modify this for my workspace.

I realize that I created a new billing project instead of replacing the account on the previous billing project under “Billing”. This was resolved.
