Hi, our lab has been granted access to the phs003067.v2.p2 accession but we are unable to access the data through Terra and AnVIL. From other posts in the forum, it appears that this might be an issue with the data also being a part of the larger ALS Compute dataset. Is there a way to gain access to specifically the ALS Consortium data in phs003067 on our AnVIL account? Thanks for your help!

By ALS Consortium data, do you mean ALS Compute?
From the Terra team:
If you would like access to the ALS Compute harmonized study, then you should apply for access to : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/collection.cgi?study_id=phs003184.v1.p1 (see instructions in the screenshot). Applying to this phsID should also get you access to the individual studies.
If you would like only access to only one of the individual studies, then you should apply for access there and then as indicated on the dbGaP page, the data may either be in AnVIL or dbGaP. Applying for the individual study I believe does not get you access to the collection study.
