Cost of downloading GTEx files

I am reaching out to inquire about the cost of downloading the GTEx data files

Google charges around $0.10 per GB transferred.

However, I understand that GTEx is part of the STRIDES Initiative which provides free access to certain NIH datasets.

I downloaded a few files and did not see any charge in my Google Bill.

In general, costs will not show up for at least 24 hours. Can you confirm if you still see no charges on your Google Bill?
