Does AnVIL currently support running nextflow pipelines? If not, is there a tentative date when it will be supported?

Our team says Nextflow should be supported within the year, possibly less. If you need a more specific timeline or date, it might be worth reaching out to Terra Support to see if there are any updates on their end. Thanks!
