A user wrote in recently asking how to find single cell sequencing datasets to analyze in AnVIL. One thought might be to search for file extensions such as .h5, .h5ad or .mtx in AnVIL’s Data Explorer.

Another suggestion is to visit duos at Broad Data Use Oversight System and select assay types such as scRNA-Seq to filter for datasets of interest..
