Thanks for sharing this information.

It has been a long journey, but I finally found a workflow for downloading data following instructions in the link that you shared below:

https://dockstore.org/workflows/github.com/UW-GAC/fetch-dbgap-files/fetch_dbgap_files_wdl:main?tab=info

I am currently using this workflow in terra workspace to download the data from dbgap.
