This question was resolved via direct message. To share the results more broadly:

At this time, the data submitter has not yet completed release of this dataset on AnVIL. The AnVIL Data Ingestion team notes that the submitter is close to officially releasing the dataset. Once the data are released on AnVIL, you will be able to find it on [Data](https://anvilproject.org/data) by searching the phs ID. Searching for this dataset now yields no results, so the data are not yet released.
