Does AnVIL currently support running nextflow pipelines? If not, is there a tentative date when it will be supported?

Nextflow support is definitely on our radar and we are hoping to bring it to AnVIL this year. Let me investigate and see if we can get you a more precise timeline.

Our team says Nextflow should be supported within the year, possibly less. If you need a more specific timeline or date, it might be worth reaching out to Terra Support to see if there are any updates on their end. Thanks!
